A diet rich in whole grains, vegetables, fruits and pulses (beans and lentils) has been shown to lower your cancer risk by supplying the body with vitamins, minerals and fibre that it needs to protect cells from damage. Specifically, independent studies show that this diet specially lowers the risk of colorectal, oesophageal, mouth and stomach cancer.

At Measure Health, we work by taking a full, detailed history, whole body physical examination, thorough, full blood/urine and stool analysis and finally a whole body MRI scanning at the world renowned Paul Strickland Scanner Centre. Using all this information, we look to assess your cancer risk as well as identifying the presence of early stages of cancer. Early detection saves lives
