30-minute consultation with Dr Singh reviewing your full history and lifestyle. Physical examination including blood pressure, pulse rate and rhythm, oxygen levels, heart and lung examination, abdominal examination and central and peripheral nervous system. Prostate examination. Hand grip Strength testing. Comprehensive blood tests which includes: full blood count, liver function, kidney function, cholesterol, diabetes screening, vitamin levels (D, b12, folate), Iron, thyroid function, cardiovascular functioning (ProNT BNP). PSA blood testing. Urine analysis. ECG to look at abnormalities in the heart. Follow up appointment to go through all the results. A personalised written report provided.
