30-minute consultation with Dr Singh reviewing your full history and lifestyle. Physical examination including blood pressure, pulse rate and rhythm, oxygen levels, heart and lung examination, abdominal examination and central and peripheral nervous system. Breast examination. Hand grip Strength testing. Comprehensive blood tests which includes: full blood count, liver function, kidney function, cholesterol, diabetes screening, vitamin levels (D, b12, folate), Iron, thyroid function, cardiovascular functioning (ProNT BNP) and female hormone profile (LH, FSH and Oestradiol). Urine analysis. ECG to look at abnormalities in the heart. Follow up appointment to go through all the results. A personalised written report provided.
